TIPS FOR CHOOSING GOOD YOGA MAT

Yoga exercises are more and more popular, and all practisers want to choose a good yoga mat for themselves, today we would like to share some tips for choosing good yoga mat,

2. Sink a small piece of yoga mat in water to test if it will slide on the floor. Usually, TPE yoga mat will not slide, PVC mat with small foam particles will slide easily.

3. Use a piece of eraser to erase the mat to see if there will be any fracture, good mat never be damaged by eraser, and this is the best way to check PVC mat quality.
4. Choose the mat made of ECO materials. The traditional PVC mat shall cause environmental pollution, and its materials will influence yoga practisers health.
